The end is the most important part.

The last:
Day,
Second,
Glance,
Embrace,
Song,
Word,
Tear,
Dream,

And most importantly the last breath.

Every second passes,
Some are remembered; most disregarded.
All in the lead up to that last moment,
The one that has us continuously glancing at our clocks and calendars.
When we lose that one thing,
The absence of which makes life that...little…bit…more…unbearable.
